Voltage Channel

The voltage channel is simplified because of the limited range, so that a diode half-wave rectifier can be used. However, the diode is a Shottky. The range is expanded by using an offset current, resulting in a digitization of 10 counts per volt. Since this offset is re-inserted in the software, it was possible to scale without a potentiometer. This channel also uses a third-order ripple filter, with lower cutoff frequency due to the lower signal frequency.
